I. Introduction and Identification:

These conditions govern the access and the permitted use of the WEBSITE with URL: http://www.greaterskies.com/ and the services contained therein (hereinafter the Website).

The owner of this website and domain name holder is JUAN MANUEL GARCIA- REYERO VIÑAS, with DNI 39702896-C (hereinafter GREATERSKIES) based in Calle Pau Casals, No. 43-45, bajos 3ero of Sant Cugat del Vallés (CP 08172) SPAIN.

GREATERSKIES access is free for any USER, notwithstanding the purchase price for the STAR MAP for those users who request it.

To register as a USER of GREATERSKIES the acceptance of these General Conditions is required, that is why prior to registration we ask that you carefully read these General Terms and that you do not register in GREATERSKIES if you don't accept them.

USERS can also download, store, reproduce and print a copy of these General Terms.

II. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND REGISTRATION IN GREATERSKIES.

II.a. Technical requirements:

In order to view the WEBSITE and use the services of GREATERSKIES USERS need the following equipment and / or technical requirements:

• PC Pentium IV with Windows XP, Macintosh OS X, Linux, or any other operating system that allows Internet access and the execution of browser.

To register as a USER of GREATERSKIES you have to complete the registration form made available to you, under the bottom SUBSCRIBE, with your email address. We do not need more data.

In the event that you want to buy a STAR MAP we require more personal data, to identify you and to know the shipping address. USERS of GREATERSKIES guarantee that all the information they provide, especially personal information, is accurate and truthful, and that you will make the necessary modifications when the information changes.

III. STAR MAP

A star map is a map of the sky where the planets, the stars, moon, sun and constellations as seen at a given time from a particular place can be observed.

GREATERSKIES has developed a software application entirely of its property and original and by which, from input data (date, exact time and position), you get the STAR MAP any time anywhere desired.

GREATERSKIES uses of a database of over 80,000 stars and all the planets, which permits the STAR MAP which is obtained to be reliable.

In any case, and despite the efforts of GREATERSKIES, there may be some inaccuracy in the positioning of some of the elements of the STAR MAP, and some variation in the colors shown. These variations may also be due, at the time of visualization in the screen, to the equipment used by the USER.

GREATERSKIES tries its best to approach as closely as possible the sky you choose, but we have to disclaim any responsibility for errors and/or inaccuracies that may occur in a particular STAR MAP map.

IV. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

USERS can freely display the information and contents of this WEBSITE, and even can freely download a STAR MAP format PNG at 300 dpi and 5906 × 7087 pixels.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total or partial contents of the Website or WEBSITE itself, including but not limited to visual presentation, graphics, computer graphics, data, texts, source code, databases, images and videos, integrated into the WEBSITE, are owned by GREATERSKIES and protected by legislation on Copyright, Author's right and Intellectual Property as well as International Conventions on the matter, without prejudice of the rights of third parties.

The software application that generates the STAR MAP is owned by GREATERSKIES and is protected also by national and international legislation.

Therefore reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or otherwise exploitation of all or part of the contents of WEBSITE without authorization of GREATERSKIES or its right holders, constitutes an infringement of the copyright and/or author's right and/or any intellectual property rights of GREATERSKIES or the rightholders.

Futhermore the trademarks, names, logos or other distinctive signs contained in the WEBSITE owned by GREATERSKIES or other third parties, are protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or misuse of these items is an infringement of intellectual property rights of GREATERSKIES or such third party.

Links on the WEBSITE are intended to facilitate easy access to other Internet sites that may be of interest.

The information and elements contained in linked websites are not GREATERSKIES' property. They are protected by the laws of Copyright and/or Author's rights and/or Intellectual Property for their rightholders.

GREATERSKIES is not responsible for the information USERS may obtain through hypertext links that appear on the WEBSITE and which are not managed directly by our Webmaster.

GREATERSKIES is not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided as long as it comes from other sources and is as such identified.

GREATERSKIES not responsible for the breach of the obligations assumed by the USERS by registering on the WEBSITE and included in the present General Terms.
